Refund policy
We, at Pop Up, offer an exchange or store credit policy.
Customers can exchange for a different size, color, or item within 24 hours of receiving their order by contacting our team through Instagram chat or WhatsApp.
Custom made items such as hoodies, t-shirts, tote bags, or other items that are ordered upon request, cannot be exchange or returned for any reason.
The item must be in its original, unworn condition. Customers are responsible for shipping fees, and we do not currently accept refunds or order cancellations for any reason.
